I have completed Levels 2, 3 and the Advanced Diploma in Counselling at Heartwood in Devon, UK.

I practised my placement hours working for the NHS. I have experience working with women who have suffered trauma, addiction, domestic abuse and have a good understanding of the dynamic between the narcissist and the co-dependant in relationships.

I did a pattern changing course offered by Outreach which helped me understand why I personally was drawn to unhealthy relationship dynamics.

I have a Certificate in Couples Therapy which is 6 modules of training with Juliet Grayson. This incudes helping couples in conflict, dealing with affairs, communication and difference, meeting partners needs, the fundamentals of couples therapy and sex arousal and ageing.

As part of my requirement as a registered member of the BACP I participate in regular continued professional and personal development training.

I have an up-to-date enhanced DBS check and am fully insured. I hold an ICO certificate for the management of your GDPR.
